Luka Budisavljević (, born 22 January 2004) is a Serbian chess player. He is the youngest Grandmaster (chess), Grandmaster in the history of Serbia. He fulfilled requirements for achieving highest chess title Grandmaster on 29 November 2020 when he was 16 years, 10 months and 7 days old. The European Youth Chess Championship is organized by the European Chess Union (ECU) in groups under 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 years old. Borki Predojević ( sr-cyrl, Борки Предојевић; born 6 April 1987 in Teslić) is a Bosnian chess grandmaster, the youngest ever from his country. He is the No. 1 ranked player of Bosnia and Herzegovina Early life Borki Predojević was born on 6 April 1987 in Teslić, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SFR Yugoslavia (now Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina) to father Borislav Predojević, who is also a chess player and administrator, and mother Živana, doctor. He has a sister named Božana. Borki first started to play chess in the local club ''Teslić'' in 1995, and is one of the founders of chess club ''Mladost'', also in Teslić, in 1998. Vladimir Malakhov (chess Player)
Vladimir Malakhov (; born 27 November 1980) is a Russian chess grandmaster. He was a member of the Russian team that won gold at the 2009 World Team Chess Championship. Career Born in Ivanovo in 1980, Malakhov's father taught him to play chess at the age of five and he participated in his first tournament at age seven. He won the Under-12 Russian Championship in 1992 and won the World Under-14 Chess Championship in 1993. He earned his international master title in 1995 and his grandmaster tile in 1998. He was the runner-up in the European Individual Chess Championship in 2003 and in 2009. Nikita Evgenievich Meshkovs (, ; born 30 June 1994) is a Latvian chess grandmaster (2017). He won the Latvian Chess Championship in 2018. Biography Meshkovs started playing chess at the age of four. At the age of six, he became a student at the Riga Chess School. Denis Kadrić
Denis Kadrić (born 12 June 1995) is a German-born chess player representing Montenegro and formerly representing Bosnia and Herzegovina. He holds the FIDE title of Grandmaster. Chess career Kadrić family moved to Germany in 1992. He was born in 1995, and his family returned to Bosnia in 1998. When Kadrić was five years old, his father taught him the rules of the game. Kadrić won the Bosnia and Herzegovina Chess Championship in 2013 in Cazin. Vahap Şanal (born 26 May 1998) is a Turkish chess grandmaster and two-time Turkish Chess Champion. Chess career In 2006, Şanal became the youngest player on the Turkish national team at the age of eight and defeated world champion Magnus Carlsen in an online blitz game in 2019. Bajina Bašta ( sr-Cyrl, Бајина Башта, ) is a town and municipality located in the Zlatibor District of western Serbia. Paraćin ( sr-Cyrl, Параћин, ) is a town and municipality located in the Pomoravlje District of central Serbia.
