''Losmen Bu Broto'' ( ) is a 2021 drama film directed by Ifa Isfansyah and Eddie Cahyono, based on the 1980s television series ''Losmen''. The film stars Maudy Koesnaedi as the title character, along with Mathias Muchus, Maudy Ayunda, Putri Marino, and Baskara Mahendra. It was released in Indonesian theatres on 18 November 2021. The film was nominated for eight awards at the 2022 Indonesian Film Festival, winning the Best Supporting Actress for Marino. Ifa Isfansyah
Ifa Isfansyah (born Yogyakarta, 1979) is an Indonesian film director. Initially a maker of short films, his first featured film, '' Garuda di Dadaku'' (''Garuda on my Chest''), was released in 2009. His following film, ''Sang Penari'' (''The Dancer''), won four Citra Awards at the 2011 Indonesian Film Festival. Biography Ifa was born in Yogyakarta in 1979. He grew up in a small village and enjoyed soccer in his youth; first playing with a Muhammadiyah-sponsored team, he was a reserve in junior high school. After high school, where he dabbled in basketball and playing the bass, he enrolled at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts. The Jogja- NETPAC Asian Film Festival (JAFF) is an annual film festival held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. 16th Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival
The 16th Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival was held on 27 November to 4 December 2021 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The festival returned to be held offline at the Empire XXI, after a year absence due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The festival partnered with streaming service KlikFilm for online screenings. A total of 128 films from 33 countries were screened during the festival.
