Long Zehuang
Long Zehuang (; born 28 December 1996) is a Chinese snooker player. He has achieved a place on the World Snooker Tour starting with 2023–24 snooker season. Career Before becoming a professional snooker player, Long won World Junior 9-Ball Championships in 2015 when he was 18 years old. Long played at the 2018 Haining Open, beating Liu Hongyu before losing to Cai Jianzhong. He came close to qualifying for the Snooker World Tour in June 2019 but lost the final match in the final round of Q school to Barry Pinches. He won a place on the 2023-24 World Snooker Tour by successfully qualifying from the CBSA qualifying events held in Beijing in April 2023. The UK Championship is a professional ranking snooker tournament. It is one of snooker's prestigious Triple Crown events, along with the World Championship and the Masters. 2023 International Championship
The 2023 International Championship (officially the 2023 Du Xiaoman International Championship) was a professional snooker tournament that took place from 5 to 12 November 2023 at the in Tianjin, China. It was the ninth iteration of the International Championship first held in 2012, a return of the event to the tour after a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. International Championship
The International Championship is a professional Snooker world rankings, ranking snooker tournament. The reigning champion is Judd Trump. History The event was introduced in the 2012–13 snooker season, 2012/2013 season. It was named as the "first overseas 'major'", because the tournament had the same level of ranking points as the UK Championship. The British Open is a professional snooker tournament, held as a ranking tournament from 1985. The tournament had not been held since the 2004/2005 season, until the 2021/2022 season when it was confirmed as returning to the calendar after 17 years. The tournament had various sponsors and venues over the years. It took place around November each year. Prior to the 1999/2000 season, it was held later in the season. As a result, two tournaments were held in 1999, one for the 1998/1999 season and one for the 1999/2000 season. The European Masters is a professional ranking snooker tournament that has been staged periodically since 1989 as the European Open. Between 2005 and 2008 it was known as the Malta Cup and was the sole ranking tournament in Europe outside the British Isles, before being discontinued. Championship League
Championship League is a professional snooker tournament, devised by Matchroom Sport. A ranking event version of the tournament began from September 2020, played similarly to its invitational, non-ranking counterpart but with some minor changes and opened to the entire World Snooker Tour. The tournament was originally held at the Crondon Park Golf Club in Stock, Essex, from its debut in 2008 until 2016. From 2017 to 2018, it was held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. Snooker World Rankings
The snooker world rankings are the official system of ranking professional snooker players to determine automatic qualification and seeding for tournaments on the World Snooker Tour. The ranking lists are maintained by the sport's governing body, the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association. Each player's world ranking is based on their performances in designated ranking tournaments over the preceding two years. The world ranking list is updated after every ranking tournament. The system of world rankings was inaugurated in the 1976–77 season.
