Richard Orraca-Tetteh
Richard Orraca-Tetteh (5 March 1932 - 23 February 2002) was a Ghanaian professor of food science and nutrition at the University of Ghana, Legon. He was a pioneer for the study of nutrition and food science as an academic discipline in Africa. Early life Orraca-Tetteh was born on 5 March 1932 in Accra. He was educated at Accra Academy from 1948 to 1951 and took a bachelor's degree at the University of Ghana, Legon in 1959. In 1960, he enrolled at the University of London and earned a Ph.D. in nutrition. Career Orraca-Tetteh worked briefly as a nutrition officer at the Ministry of Health in Accra. After his postgraduate training, he transferred to the University of Ghana, Legon where he spent his professional life in teaching and research. Kwadzo Ebli Senanu (born Jonathan Kwadzo Senanu, 27 July 1933 – 21 May 2020) was a Ghanaian academic in English literature. Originally, a teaching member of the University of Ghana, he served as Pro-Vice Chancellor of the university from 1981 to 1983 and as acting Vice-Chancellor from 1983 to 1985. Early life and education Kwadzo Ebli Senanu was born on 27 July 1933 at Agbozume in the Volta Region of Ghana. He attended the Agbozume Some National School before attending the Accra Academy from 1947 to 1951. In 1952, he entered the University College of the Gold Coast. Vincent Birch Freeman (born 25 December 1936) is a Ghanaian educationist who was headmaster of Accra Academy from 1986 to 1996 and headmaster of Ebenezer Senior High School from 1974 to 1986. Herbert Claudius Ayikwei Bulley (1925–2002) was a Ghanaian social scientist. He is known for his pioneering work in Psychology in Ghana. He was a founding faculty member of the Department of Psychology at the University of Ghana. Bulley is a former Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Ghana. Early life H. C. Frank Baffoe
Frank Baffoe was a Ghanaian economist, diplomat and businessman. He was Ghana's honorary consul to Lesotho until his death in 2016. Early life and education Baffoe was born on 3 February 1935 at Nkoranza in the Gold Coast (now Ghana). His formal education begun at Government Senior Boys' School, Accra, where he completed his primary education in 1950. Robert Yaw Addo Fening (born 1935) is a Ghanaian historian who has made major contributions in documenting the history of Akyem Abuakwa and of Ghana. He has been accorded the award of ''Okyeman Kanea'' in recognition of his historical works. For several years he taught at the University of Ghana.
