The mountain sits about north of the village of Tyinkrysset. The mountain is surrounded by several other notable mountains including Falketinden to the west, Uranostinden and Langeskavltinden to the northwest, Storegut and Høgbrothøgdi to the northeast, and Galdeberget and Slettmarkpiggen to the east. Uranostinden
Urdanostindene or Uranostinden is a mountain in Norway. The peak marks the tri-point border between the municipalities of Luster Municipality and Årdal Municipality in Vestland county, and Vang Municipality in Innlandet county. The tall mountain is located in the Jotunheimen mountains and inside the Jotunheimen National Park. The mountain sits about northwest of the village of Vang i Valdres and about northeast of the village of Øvre Årdal. The mountain is surrounded by several other notable mountains including Mjølkedalstinden to the northeast, Langeskavltinden and Storegut to the east, Langeskavlen to the southeast, and Falketind to the southwest. Storegut is a mountain on the border of Vang Municipality in Innlandet county and Luster Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The tall mountain is located in the Jotunheimen mountains and inside the Jotunheimen National Park. The mountain sits about north of the village of Tyinkrysset. The mountain is surrounded by several other notable mountains including Uranostinden and Langeskavltinden to the west, Langeskavlen to the southwest, Høgbrothøgdi to the east, and Snøholstinden and Store Rauddalseggje to the northeast. Innlandet is a Counties of Norway, county in Norway. It was created on 1 January 2020 with the merger of the old counties of Oppland and Hedmark (Jevnaker Municipality and Lunner Municipality were transferred to the neighboring county of Viken (Norwegian county), Viken on the same date). Jotunheimen (; "the home of the Jötunn") is a mountainous area of roughly in southern Norway and is part of the long range known as the Scandinavian Mountains. The 29 highest mountains in Norway are all located in the Jotunheimen mountains, including the tall mountain Galdhøpiggen (the highest point in Norway and Northern Europe). Jotunheimen National Park
Jotunheimen National Park (, ) is a national park in Norway, recognized as one of the country's premier hiking and fishing regions. The national park covers and is part of the larger area Jotunheimen. More than 250 peaks rise above an elevation of , including Northern Europe's three highest peaks: Galdhøpiggen at , Glittertind at and Store Skagastølstind at . Tyinkrysset is a village in Vang Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The village is located in the Filefjell mountains, just a short distance south of the lake Tyin. Falketinden
Falketind is a mountain in Årdal Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. It is located in the Jotunheimen mountain range inside the Utladalen Landscape Protection Area. The mountain is east of the old mountain farm, Vettismorki, and northwest of the lake Tyin. The 1820 ascent was the first known ascent on an alpine mountain in Norway. A climbing party which included Baltazar Mathias Keilhau and Christian Peder Bianco Boeck went via Snøggeken (Falkbreen) and the northern ridge.
