Ave-Lii Laas (born 12 February 1999) is an Estonian Association football, footballer who plays as a midfielder for Estonian Naiste Meistriliiga club FC Lootos Põlva (women), Lootos and for the Estonia women's national football team, Estonia national team. Club career From Põlva, Laas started training with the youth team of FC Lootos Põlva (women), FC Lootos in 2009. In 2012, 2014 and 2015 she won Estonian youth titles with the club's different age groups. FC Lootos In 2015, she started in FC Lootos Põlva (women), FC Lootos' senior squad in the Esiliiga, the second level of women's football in Estonia. Team finished on the third place. Endel Laas
Endel Laas (29 August 1915 in Tartu – 1 November 2009) was an Estonians, Estonian forest scientist and professor. Laas specialised in forestry and taught at the Estonian University of Life Sciences, University of Life Sciences for many years. In 1999 he was awarded the Order of the White Star, third class. Life and career Endel Laas was born on 29 August 1915 in Tartu as the ninth child in the family. His father had earlier been a coachman, but at that time he served as the tea house and restaurant keeper. 1916−1924 the family lived in Kvissental near Tartu, but from 1930 inside Tartu. Endel first attended the Tartu IV elementary school in 1926. Between 1930 and 1935 Laas studied at the Tartu Boys' Gymnasium. Ernst Heinrich Gustav Laas (; ; June 16, 1837, Fürstenwalde – July 25, 1885, Strasbourg) was a German gymnasium teacher, philosopher of positivism and education, and chair of philosophy and pedagogy at the University of Strasbourg. The insights he found in the history of philosophy and philosophies based on sensualism are key aspects of his scholarly work. Biography Laas grew up as the son of the master tailor Johann Peter Laas (1807–57) and his wife Berta Ida Flora (1818–52), née Beil, in economically limited circumstances in Fürstenwalde, Brandenburg, Prussia. Valdek Laas
Valdek Laas (1949 – 1999) was an Estonian serial killer and serial rapist who committed a series of sexually-motivated attacks in southern Estonia between May and October 1996, killing three elderly women in the process. He was charged with the murders and pleaded guilty, but was never sentenced because he died in hospital from tuberculosis complications. Early crimes Little is known about Laas' early life. Born in 1949, he was first convicted of a violent crime in 1975, when he raped a young girl in the village of Nõgiaru. At the time, he worked at a ''sovkhoz'', and managed to lure the underage victim to a nearby forest. This crime resulted in him receiving 13 years imprisonment behind bars. After his imprisonment and later release, Laas committed a series of rapes in Valga County between 1988 and 1989, with the victims being two women – 79-year-old Linda and 94-year-old Liidia.
