Konstantin Zatulin
Konstantin Fyodorovich Zatulin (; born 7 September 1958) is a Russia, Russian politician, first deputy chairman of the committee of the State Duma for the Commonwealth of Independent States, CIS and relations with Russian nationals abroad. He represents the Sochi constituency. Biography Zatulin graduated from the History Department of Moscow State University in 1981, specializing in the history of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. In 1987-1990 he worked in the Central Committee of the Komsomol. In the 1993 Russian legislative election, 1993 election Zatulin was elected deputy in the State Duma, where he assumed the position of the chairman of the Committee for the Commonwealth of Independent States and relations with Russian nationals abroad. 1995 Russian Legislative Election
Legislative elections was held in Russia on 17 December 1995 to elect all 450 seats in the 2nd State Duma of the Russian Federation. The anti-government Communist Party won a total of 147 seats, the most deputies of any single bloc in the chamber.
