Kanon Wakeshima
is a Japanese musician and singer. Originally produced by musician and fashion designer Mana, Wakeshima debuted under the DefStar Records label on May 28, 2008 with the single "Still Doll", the ending theme for the anime adaptation of the manga series ''Vampire Knight''. She also provided the voice for a maid that appears in the eighth episode of the series. Wakeshima's second single "Suna no Oshiro", released on November 12, 2008, was used as the ending theme for the series' second season (subtitled ''Guilty''). She was nominated for a Best Newcomer award for 2008 in the fourth annual Shōjo Beat Music Awards, nominees of which are determined by surveying "record companies, music journalists, music experts, and music fans". Kanon (bassist)
Kanon (カノン) is the bassist of the visual kei rock band An Cafe (アンティック-珈琲店-). After the band went on hiatus in 2010, he started his own label, StudioBlue3, and created a mobile game, cell phone game called Pinky☆Distortion. He also formed a duo (music), duo with singer and cellist Kanon Wakeshima, which he named KanonXKanon, in 2010. An Cafe In 2003, Kanon met vocalist Miku and guitarist Bou on the Internet. They formed a band called An Cafe. Teruki, their drummer, joined in 2004 after quitting Feathers-Blue. In 2007, Bou quit the band, and members Takuya and Yuuki joined. In 2009, the band decided to go on an indefinite hiatus, and on 4 January they performed their last rock concert, concert at the Nippon Budokan, in Tokyo. was a Japanese pop rock band formed in 2003 and signed to Sony Music Japan. Their visual image is oshare kei,''Shoxx Bis'' No 3 October 2004 issue, pg 69 and they describe their music as " Harajuku Dance Rock". The group has released six full-length albums, two compilation albums, and four EPs. On September 1, 2009, the band announced that after their live show on January 4, 2010 at the Nippon Budokan, they would suspend activities and put the group on hiatus, however they stated they will not disband. In 2012, after a two-year break, the team announced the resumption of activities. In June 2018, the band announced the departure of all members but Miku and a hiatus beginning in January 2019.
