Kibondo District is one of the six districts of Kigoma Region, Tanzania. It is bordered to the north by the Kakonko District, to the east by the Tabora Region, to the south by the Uvinza District, to the west by the Kasulu District and to the northwest by Burundi. Atashasta Justus Nditiye (17 October 1969 – 12 February 2021) was a Tanzanian politician who had been involved in the industry since 1990 and had been a member of the ruling party Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) to date.
