Kevin Kelly (politician)
Kevin Kelly (born August 18, 1953) is an American politician from Maryland and a member of the Democratic Party. He served in the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 1B in Allegany County for six terms, from 1987 until 1995, and again from 1999 until 2015. The Maryland State Archives serves as the central depository for government records of permanent value.
