Kevin Guthrie
Kevin Guthrie (born 21 March 1988) was a Scottish actor. His best known roles are Ally in '' Sunshine on Leith'' (2013), Ewan Tavendale in Terence Davies's '' Sunset Song'' (2015), and Abernathy in the first 2 Fantastic Beast films - ''Fantastic Beast and where to find them'' (2016), and ''Fantastic Beast: The Crimes of Grindelwald'' (2018). He also performed the lead role in ''Peter Pan'' at the King's Theatre, Glasgow, in 2011. On 16 April 2021, Guthrie was convicted of a sexual assault that occurred in 2017 for which he was sentenced to three years in prison and placed on the Sexual Offenders Register indefinitely. Neilston
Neilston ( sco, Neilstoun, gd, Baile Nèill, ) is a village and parish in East Renfrewshire in the west central Lowlands of Scotland. It is in the Levern Valley, southwest of Barrhead, south of Paisley, and south-southwest of Renfrew, at the southwestern fringe of the Greater Glasgow conurbation. Neilston is a dormitory village with a resident population of just over 5,000 people. Fergus Suter
Fergus Suter (21 November 1857 – 31 July 1916) was a Scottish stonemason and association football, footballer in the early days of the game. Arguably the first recognised professional footballer, Suter was a native of Glasgow and played for Partick F.C., Partick before moving to England to play for Darwen F.C. (1870), Darwen and Blackburn Rovers F.C., Blackburn Rovers. Football Suter initially played for Partick F.C., Partick (not the same club as the modern Partick Thistle F.C., Partick Thistle). Gillies MacKinnon (born 8 January 1948, Glasgow) is a Scottish film director, writer and painter. He attended the Glasgow School of Art where he studied mural painting. Following this he became an art teacher and cartoonist, and about this time he traveled with a nomadic tribe in the Sahara for six months. In the 1970s he studied at the Middlesex Polytechnic and in the 1980s in the National Film and Television School. He made a short film called ''Passing Glory'' as his graduation piece, a recreation of Glasgow in the 1950s and 1960s.
