	Kelly Flynn Kelly Flynn (October 4, 1954 – March 3, 2021) was an American politician who served as a Republican member of the Montana House of Representatives from 2011 to 2019. He was elected to House District 68 which represents the Townsend area. 	Townsend, Montana Townsend is a city in and the county seat of Broadwater County, Montana, United States. The population was 1,787 at the 2020 census.
