Kantili
Kantili () is a mountain range in the northwestern part of the island of Euboea in Greece. Its maximum elevation is 1,246 m. It stretches along the west coast of the island, above the shore of the North Euboean Gulf, between Limni, Euboea, Limni and Messapia, Greece, Politika. Its length is about 25 km from southeast to northwest. The slope towards the sea is very steep, and there is no road along the coast. The Greek National Road 77 (Chalcis - Istiaia) passes east of the mountains. Euboea
Euboea ( ; , ), also known by its modern spelling Evia ( ; , ), is the second-largest Greek island in area and population, after Crete, and the sixth largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. It is separated from Boeotia in mainland Greece by the narrow Euripus Strait (only at its narrowest point). Limni ( meaning "lake") is a town and a community in the northwestern part of the island of Euboea, Greece. It is located northwest of Chalkida, the main city of Euboea, and southeast of the town of Istiaia. Limni is part of the municipal unit of Elymnioi, and it was the seat of the municipality Elymnioi. Chalcis (; Ancient Greek and Katharevousa: , ), also called Chalkida or Halkida (Modern Greek: , ), is the chief city of the island of Euboea or Evia in Greece, situated on the Euripus Strait at its narrowest point. Istiaia (, , before 1913: Ξηροχώρι - ''Xirochori''2.537 Since the 2011 local government reform, it has been part of the municipality Istiaia-Aidipsos, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit.
