Kamala Kamesh
Kamala Kamesh (7 October 1952) is an Indian actress in Tamil movies. She was one of the prominent supporting actress in late 1970s and 1980s in Tamil movies. She has acted nearly 480 movies in Tamil. She is often seen in all of Visu's movies. Personal Life She was married to Kamesh, a Tamil music director. Her only daughter Uma Riyaz Khan was born in 1975. She is also an actress in Tamil movies. Malayalam-Tamil actor Riyaz Khan is her son-in-law. Career Kamesh made her acting debut in critically acclaimed film '' Kudisai'' (1979) which became only film to feature her in lead role. Visu who was impressed with her performance cast her in ''Kudumbam Oru Kadambam'' and she portrayed elder mother's role in ''Alaigal Oivathillai'' which led her to be typecast in similar roles throughout her career. Kalki (magazine)
''Kalki'' is a Tamil-language weekly magazine published from Chennai, India. The magazine was established by Kalki Krishnamurthy, a popular Tamil novelist and Indian freedom fighter, in 1941. T Sadasivam was the magazine's co-founder. The magazine is known for its publication of historic novels such as '' Ponniyin Selvan'' and '' Sivagamiyin Sabadham''. Singer Semmangudi Srinivasa Iyer, guru of M S Subbulakshmi, and music critic S V Seshadri were also involved with the magazine in its coverage of music. Kalki Krishnamurthy also edited the magazine, which is published on a weekly basis. During his term the magazine was much more respected due to its quality. The magazine ceased publication in 1977, but resumed in June 1978. ''Dharmam'' () is a 1986 Indian Tamil-language film directed by R. Thyagarajan, starring Sathyaraj, Saritha and Sudha Chandran. The film was released on 4 July 1986. Plot Karthik is in jail awaiting his final court hearing. He was arrested for killing his girlfriend Valli's father, Rajappa. He has been slowly setting up an elaborate escape plan in case he's convicted. Shortly before his final court hearing, three new prisoners are assigned to his prison cell.
