Kai Tak Stadium
Kai Tak Sports Park is a multi-purpose sports venue at the site of the former Kai Tak Airport in Kowloon, Hong Kong, as part of the Kai Tak Development. The sports park is located on the north-western part of the old Kai Tak Airport, where some of the parking stands used to be. With an area of around 28 hectares, Kai Tak Sports Park is the largest sports venue in Hong Kong. The site anchors the redevelopment of the former airport site. Kai Tak Sports Park is intended to support the future sports development of Hong Kong. ''South China Morning Post'' had reported that the sports park would be completed by 2023, but was then postponed to 2024 due to construction materials shortage. The construction cost of the sports park was at HK$30 billion, with the sports park having a 50,000-seat Kai Tak Stadium with a retractable roof, a 10,000-seat Kai Tak Arena and a 5,000-seat Public Sports Ground. Central Kowloon Route
The Central Kowloon Route (CKR) is a highway project under construction in Kowloon, Hong Kong. When completed in 2025, it will form the section of the planned Route 6 which runs through the Kowloon Peninsula, largely underground. The three-lane dual carriageway would begin at the Yau Ma Tei interchange of the West Kowloon Highway and finish at a new interchange in the Kai Tak Development. Tuen Ma Line
The Tuen Ma line () is a commuter rail / rapid transit line that forms part of the Mass Transit Railway (MTR) system in Hong Kong. It is in length, making it the longest line of the MTR network. It has a total of 27 stations, more than any other in the MTR system. It is indicated in on the MTR map. The Tuen Ma line is a merger of two former MTR lines, the West Rail line and the Ma On Shan line via a new stretch of mostly underground railway known as the "Tai Wai to Hung Hom section" () of the Sha Tin to Central Link project. Victoria Harbour
Victoria Harbour is a natural landform harbor, harbour in Hong Kong separating Hong Kong Island in the south from the Kowloon Peninsula to the north. It acts as both a major trading hub and tourist attraction of Hong Kong in general. Donald Tsang
Sir Donald Tsang Yam-kuen (; born 7 October 1944) is a former Hong Kong civil servant who served as the second Chief Executive of Hong Kong from 2005 to 2012. Tsang joined the colonial civil service as an Executive Officer in 1967, occupying various positions in local administration, finance and trade before he was appointed Financial Secretary of Hong Kong in 1995, becoming the first ethnic Chinese to hold the position under British administration. He continued to serve in the Hong Kong SAR government after 1997 and gained his reputation internationally for his intervention in Hong Kong's stock market in defending the Hong Kong dollar's peg to the US dollar during the 1997 Asian financial crisis.
