Jurong East–Bukit Batok Group Representation Constituency
The Jurong East–Bukit Batok Group Representation Constituency is a five-member group representation constituency (GRC) in the western region of Singapore. The GRC was created in 2025 prior to the 2025 Singaporean general election. The current Members of Parliament (MPs) are Grace Fu, David Hoe, Lee Hong Chuang, Murali Pillai and Rahayu Mahzam from the People's Action Party (PAP). Electoral history The GRC was created by merging parts of Hong Kah North Single Member Constituency (SMC) and Jurong GRC with the whole of Bukit Batok SMC and the majority of Yuhua SMC. Part of the original Jurong GRC was carved out to form Jurong Central SMC and both Jurong Spring and Taman Jurong had their estates moved to West Coast–Jurong West GRC. Jurong () is a major Region, geographical region located at the south-westernmost point of the West Region, Singapore, West Region of Singapore. Red Dot United (abbreviation: RDU) is a political party in Singapore. It was formed in 2020 by former members of the Progress Singapore Party (PSP), including Ravi Philemon and Michelle Lee. Hougang Single Member Constituency
The Hougang Single Member Constituency is a single member constituency (SMC) located in the north-eastern area of Singapore. The current Member of Parliament is Dennis Tan from the Workers' Party (WP). History The constituency was first formed prior to the 1988 general election and was won by the People's Action Party (PAP) in its debut. However, PAP's representation of Hougang SMC would only last three years, when it lost the seat to the Workers' Party (WP) candidate Low Thia Khiang after an almost 12% swing during the 1991 general election.
