Jonathan Montenegro
Jonathan Daniel Montenegro Uzcátegui (born May 11, 1978, in Caracas) is a well known Venezuelan actor and singer. Montenegro was a member of the popular Puerto Rican boy band Menudo. Early life Jonathan Daniel Montenegro Uzcátegui was born on May 11, 1978. He was mostly raised by his grandmother and his maternal aunt since he was orphaned by his parents. Montenegro's American dad died when he was 7 months old on New Years' Eve 1978 and his mother lost her life in 1984 to the underworld in Caracas, while he was 6 years old, just weeks prior for his show business career to begin. Career Montenegro has been involved in show business since he was a small child, being chosen in 1984 to act in two Radio Caracas Television telenovelas, "El Analisis" and "La Ciudad Muerta" ("Ghost Town"), both of which had been written by the well-known Venezuelan writer and politician, Rómulo Gallegos. Roberto Alejandro Avellanet Negrón, known professionally as Robert Avellanet or Roba, is a Puerto Rican singer who was a member of '' Menudo'' from 1988 to 1991. His uncle is the famous Puerto Rican singer Chucho Avellanet. Biography Avellanet was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he became a teen idol across Latin America after being hired by Edgardo Diaz as a member of ''Menudo'' in 1988, alongside Ricky Martin. Edward Aguilera
Edward Alberto Aguilera Enchautegui (born December 17, 1976, in Spain) is a Spanish singer. Singing career Aguilera became the only European in boy band Menudo (but not the first, as Fernando Sallaberry was also born in Spain) in December 13, 1990 at the age of 13, when he, along with Venezuelan actor Jonathan Montenegro, both replaced Sergio Gonzalez and Rubén Gómez when the two were involved in a drug scandal in Miami International Airport back in November 22, 1990, resulting in Gonzalez and Gomez to be expelled.
