Jonathan Little (born December 22, 1984) is an American professional poker player who won both the World Poker Tour's Season VI Mirage Poker Showdown and Season VII Foxwoods World Poker Finals and won the WPT Season VI Player of the Year award. Biography Little was born on December 22, 1984 in Pensacola, Florida. He was a student at the University of West Florida studying psychology when he began playing poker with friends. As his interest in poker grew, it led him to study many books on poker. After earning an initial bankroll of $350,000 online over a six-month period, he decided to drop out of college and play poker professionally. The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure is an annual televised poker tournament. History The event was first held in 2004 and was originally co-sponsored by PokerStars and the World Poker Tour. In 2008, the event moved from the WPT to the European Poker Tour. In 2010, the event was moved again and served as the inaugural event of the North American Poker Tour. Shannon Shorr (born June 7, 1985, in Birmingham, Alabama) is a professional poker player from Birmingham, Alabama. Shorr was a baseball player at Shades Valley High School. Shorr is notable for his success in poker tournaments, much of which occurred before his 21st birthday. David Pham (born February 10, 1967, in South Vietnam), is a Vietnamese-American professional poker player from Bell Gardens, California, with three World Series of Poker bracelets who has made seven final tables at the World Poker Tour. Early life Pham was born in South Vietnam and fled to the United States at the age of 17 in a boat carrying 145 people, of whom only 46 survived the journey. Michael Matusow (born April 30, 1968) is an American professional poker player residing in Henderson, Nevada. Matusow's nickname of "the Mouth" reflects his reputation for trash-talking at the poker table. Matusow began playing poker seriously in the early 1990s, first while working as a poker dealer, then as a professional player. His successes include being a four-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner and the winner of the 2005 World Series of Poker Tournament of Champions.
