Amnon Eric Filippi (born June 29, 1969) is a professional poker player based in New York City. Filippi's significant achievement to date was his first-place finish in the 2005 $10,000 No Limit Texas hold 'em Bellagio Challenge Cup poker tournament held at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada, from July 18, 2005, through July 21, 2005. Bellagio ( ) is a resort, luxury hotel, and casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is owned by Blackstone Inc. and operated by MGM Resorts International. Bellagio was conceived by casino owner Steve Wynn, and was built on the former site of the Dunes hotel-casino. Wynn's company, Mirage Resorts, purchased the Dunes in 1992. The Hendon Mob are a group of four professional poker players from London, England: Joe Beevers, Barny Boatman, Ross Boatman, and Ram Vaswani.
