John Osborne (writer)
John Osborne (born 15 December 1981) is an English writer. He co-created the Sky 1 comedy drama ''After Hours (2015 British TV series), After Hours''. He is based in Norwich, United Kingdom and studied at the University of East Anglia. He created the sell out Edinburgh show ''John Peel's Shed'' and has written and performed six thirty minute storytelling shows for BBC Radio 4, Radio 4. He is the author of three non-fiction books. His first, ''Radio Head: Up and Down the Dial of British Radio'', was published by Simon & Schuster in May 2009 and was selected as ''Book of the Week'' on BBC Radio 4. It includes interviews with key people from the history of British radio, including Nicholas Parsons, Mark Radcliffe (radio broadcaster), Mark Radcliffe and Stuart Maconie. The Velvet Underground were an American Rock music, rock band formed in New York City in 1964. Its classic lineup consisted of singer and guitarist Lou Reed, Welsh multi-instrumentalist John Cale, guitarist Sterling Morrison, and percussionist Moe Tucker. The Wellcome Trust is a charitable foundation focused on health research based in London, United Kingdom. Minority language programmes in Future Radio is a local community radio station serving the city of Norwich, Norfolk. The station is part of local charity Future Projects History Future Radio began broadcasting in May 2004 with its first 28-day Restricted Service Licence (RSL). Isobel Jane Suttie (; born 11 August 1978) is a British musical comedian, actress and writer. She played Dobby in the Channel 4 sitcom ''Peep Show'', and in 2013 won the gold Sony Radio Academy Award for her radio show ''Pearl And Dave''. Ann Beach
Ann Beach (7 June 1938 – 9 March 2017) was a British actress. She is perhaps best remembered for her supporting role as Sonia Barrett, the quirky next-door neighbour on the comedy ''Fresh Fields'', starring Julia McKenzie and Anton Rodgers. Career Beach won a scholarship to RADA at the age of 16. After leaving, she toured with Frankie Howerd in '' Hotel Paradiso'', and then came to London in the title role of Emlyn Williams's ''Beth''. This was not a success, but she was soon busily engaged in television work, until she returned to the stage in the Theatre Workshop company at the Theatre Royal Stratford East. Eddie Mair (born 12 November 1965) is a Scottish former broadcaster who was a presenter on BBC radio and television. He also presented a programme on LBC between 4pm and 6pm every weekday until his last show, on 18 August 2022, after which he retired from broadcasting. He also hosted BBC Radio 4's daily news magazine '' PM'', the Radio 4 Saturday ''iPM'', and ''NewsPod''. He occasionally presented ''Newsnight'' and ''Any Questions?''.
