Joey Mbu
Joey Mbu (born March 28, 1993) is an American former professional football nose tackle who played for the Atlanta Falcons and Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Houston, and was signed by the Falcons as an undrafted free agent in 2015. Early life Mbu played high school football at John and Randolph Foster High School in Richmond, Texas, where he was a three-year starter on the offensive and defensive lines. He recorded 67 tackles, two sacks and two blocked field goals his senior year. He was rated a three-star recruit by rivals.com. Mbu garnered First-team All-District 23-4A recognition at Foster High. He earned First-team All-Area honors in 2009 and 2010 and Second-team honors in 2008. He helped the team advance to the playoffs in 2009 and 2010. Alliance Of American Football
The Alliance of American Football (AAF) was a professional American football minor league. The AAF consisted of eight centrally owned and operated teams in the southern and western United States, seven of which were located in metropolitan areas with at least one major professional sports franchise. Founded by Charlie Ebersol and Bill Polian in 2018, the AAF began play on February 9, 2019. The league was scheduled to have a 10-week regular season and conclude with a championship game on April 27. After eight weeks of play, however, the league's football operations were suspended by controlling owner Thomas Dundon on April 2. Lance Zierlein is a sports analyst and commentator. He has hosted sports talk shows on KILT 610, KBME 790, KGOW 1560 AM, and KFNC 97.5 FM in Houston, Texas. Career Zierlein graduated from Lamar Consolidated High School in 1988. Following high school, he attended Tulane University. After college, Zierlein created "Pigskin Sports" which was a sports analysis company, and began to appear on radio stations around the country including in markets such as Houston, Baton Rouge and Miami.
