Joseph Franklin Bragg (born July 20, 1996) is an American actor and comedian. He is known for his role as Joey Rooney in the Disney Channel sitcom '' Liv and Maddie'' (2013–2017). Early life and education Bragg was born on July 20, 1996 in Union City, California. He went to James Logan High School and graduated in 2014. He is Jewish. Union City is a city in Alameda County, California, United States in the San Francisco Bay Area. The population in the 2020 census was 70,143, up from 69,628 in the 2010 census.
