David Spade
David Wayne Spade (born July 22, 1964) is an American stand-up comedian, actor and podcaster. His comedic style, in both his stand-up material and acting roles, relies heavily on sarcasm and self-deprecation. For his roles on television, Spade has received nominations for four Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards. In 2003, he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. After several years as a stand-up comedian, Spade rose to prominence as a writer and cast member on the NBC sketch comedy series ''Saturday Night Live'' from 1990 to 1996. He played Dennis Finch in the NBC sitcom ''Just Shoot Me!'' (1997–2003) for which he was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.
