Jhanak
''Jhanak'' is an Indian Hindi-language television drama series that premiered on StarPlus on 20 November 2023 and streams digitally on Disney+ Hotstar. Produced under Magic Moments Motion Pictures, it is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series ''Jol Nupur''. The series formerly starred Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja. Since June 2025, it stars Riya Sharma and Arjit Taneja. The second generation is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series ''Ishti Kutum''. The show also features Megha Chakraborty as Ishani in a parallel storyline. Plot After her mother's death, Jhanak is forced to marry her cousin Arshi’s fiancé, Aniruddh, to escape from her obsessive stalker, Tejas. Aniruddh and Arshi have been in a happy relationship for seven years. Jhanak, struggling to survive alone, is taken in by Aniruddh and works as a maid at the Bose house, facing constant insults from some family members while others treat her respectfully.
