Jean-Luc Foudy
Jean-Luc Foudy (born May 13, 2002) is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward, who is currently an unrestricted free agent. He most recently played for the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect to the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the third round, 75th overall, by the Avalanche in the 2020 NHL entry draft. Playing career Junior Foudy played as a junior in Ontario, Canada with the Toronto Titans Minor Midget AAA's in the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL), posting 25 goals and 35 assists through 52 game before he was selected 10th overall by the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) in the 2018 OHL Priority Selection Draft. The Colorado Eagles are a professional ice hockey team based in Loveland, Colorado. The Eagles play in the Pacific Division of the American Hockey League. The Eagles were founded as an expansion franchise in 2003 in the Central Hockey League and remained in the league until June 2011, when they joined the ECHL. The NHL Central Scouting Services (CSS) is a department within the National Hockey League (NHL) that ranks prospects for the NHL entry draft at specific times during the hockey season. Players are ranked based on how well they will translate to the professional game in the NHL. It was founded by hockey executive Jack Button in 1975, to establish a centralized database of NHL prospects. Button served as the director until 1979. Its current director is Dan Marr. Ottawa Rough Riders
The Ottawa Rough Riders were a Canadian Football League team based in Ottawa, Ontario, founded on September 19, 1876. Formerly one of the oldest and longest-lived professional sports teams in North America, the Rough Riders won the Grey Cup championship nine times. Sean Foudy (born October 25, 1966) is a Canadian former professional football defensive back who played six seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL) with the Ottawa Rough Riders and BC Lions. He was selected by the Rough Riders in the third round of the 1989 CFL draft. He played CIS football at York University. College career Foudy participated in football and track for the York Lions from 1986 to 1991. He helped the track team win silver and bronze team medals at the national championships and, individually, he won four CIAU and five OUAA medals in the 60m hurdles and relays. France Gareau
France Gareau (born April 15, 1967) is a Canadian athlete, who competed in the sprint events. Gareau was born in Verner, Ontario. Gareau competed for Canada in the 1984 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, United States in the 100 metres and the 4 x 100 metres relay, where she anchored Canada to the silver medal (as a 17-year-old) with her teammates Angela Bailey, Marita Payne and Angella Taylor-Issajenko.
