Francisco Javier Guízar Macías (born 15 May 1964) is a Mexican politician. At different times he has been affiliated with both the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) and the Labour Party (PT). Guízar Macías is a native of Ahualulco de Mercado, Jalisco. Ahualulco De Mercado
Ahualulco de Mercado is a city and municipality, in Jalisco in central-western Mexico. The municipality covers an area of 274 km2. As of 2005, the municipality had a total population of 21,465. Name origin Ahualulco comes from the Nahuatl word ''Ayahualolco'' which means "place of water crowned" or "place around the water."
