"Jashn-e-Bahaaraa" is a song from the 2008 Indian film ''Jodhaa Akbar'', starring Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan which was sung by Javed Ali, composed by A. R. Rahman and written by Javed Akhtar. Synopsis "Jashn-e-Bahaaraa" portrays that everything appears wonderful when the person is in love and then, someone enters in the life of the person and changes everything. 1st Mirchi Music Awards
The 1st Mirchi Music Awards, presented by the Radio Mirchi, honoured the best of Hindi music from the year 2008. The ceremony was held on 28 March 2009 at the Hotel Taj Lands End, Bandra, Mumbai and was hosted by Shaan and Tulip Joshi. There were many performances, including those by Dominique Cerejo, Benny Dayal, Manohari Singh, Bipasha Basu, Shreya Ghoshal, Genelia D'Souza, Kunal Ganjawala, Shahid Kapoor and Prachi Shah, the winner of the Tata Indicom Talent Hunt. Awards were given out in 17 different categories. ''Jodhaa Akbar'' won a leading seven awards including Song of the Year. Album of the Year was won by film '' Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na''. Javed Ali
Javed Ali is an Indian playback singer who predominantly sings in Hindi. He has also sung in various Indian languages including Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. Early life Javed Ali was born as Javed Hussain in Panchkuian Road, Delhi. He studied in Ramjas School 4, Paharganj. Javed Ali started singing at a very early age with his father Ustad Hamid Hussain, a popular qawwali singer. Ghazal singer Ghulam Ali heard Ali's voice and felt that he could become a great singer in future. Ghulam Ali not only guided Javed, but also gave him chance to sing in his live concerts. As a tribute and honour to his guru Ghulam Ali, Javed changed his name from Javed Hussain to Javed Ali. 10th IIFA Awards
The 10th International Indian Film Academy Awards (informally known as the Decadial IIFA Awards) were a major film awards ceremony honoring the best Bollywood films of 2008. The ceremony was held in The Venetian Macao, Macau from 11 June to 13 June 2009. The choice of Macau as host city was considered a well-planned decision, aimed at reducing tensions between India and China, as well as to end the "deadlock" between the two countries over the issue of exchange of cinema. The ceremony was hosted by Boman Irani, Ritesh Deshmukh and Lara Dutta. IIFA completed 10 years of existence in 2009, giving awards to numerous prominent film personalities. 54th Filmfare Awards
The 54th Idea Filmfare Awards ceremony, presented by The Times Group and Idea Cellular, was one of India's most prestigious awards ceremony, honoring the best Bollywood films of 2008. It took place on 28 February 2009 at the Yash Raj Studios, Mumbai. Actors Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan hosted the show for the first part, while actresses Konkona Sen Sharma and Deepika Padukone hosted the show in the latter part. It was the first time that any of these actors hosted the awards ceremony. The ceremony was televised in India eight days later, on 8 March 2009.
