Jang Jin
Jang Jin (born February 24, 1971) is a South Korean film director, theatre director, playwright, screenwriter, film producer, actor, and TV personality. Career Jang dreamed of becoming a musician in middle school, but his ambition changed when he saw his first theater play in his freshman year of high school. As a high school student, he acted in more than 40 plays, receiving good reviews and a few awards for his performances. After majoring in theater studies at Seoul Institute of the Arts, he joined the writing team for the SBS variety show ''Good Friends'' in the mid-1990s. He created his own portion ''Hollywood Message'', which he wrote and edited by himself, where he would take famous scenes from some of the most popular Hollywood films showing in theaters, and make parodies, add silly popups, mix scenes from different films together to form a bizarre, unique collage of images. Twitch Film
ScreenAnarchy, previously known as Twitch Film or Twitch, is a Canadian English-language website featuring news and reviews of mainly international, independent and cult films. The website was founded in 2004 by Todd Brown. In addition to films, the website covers various film festivals from Sundance, Toronto and Fantasia to Sitges, Cannes and the Berlinale. Anthology Film
An anthology film (also known as an omnibus film or a portmanteau film) is a single film consisting of three or more shorter films, each complete in itself and distinguished from the other, though frequently tied together by a single theme, premise, or author. Sometimes each one is directed by a different director or written by a different author, or may even have been made at different times or in different countries. Anthology films are distinguished from " revue films" such as '' Paramount on Parade'' (1930)—which were common in Hollywood in the early decades of sound film, composite films, and compilation films. Yu Oh-seong (born September 11, 1966) is a South Korean actor. He is best known for his roles in '' Beat'' (1997), '' Attack the Gas Station'' (1999), ''Friend'' (2001) and ''Champion'' (2002). Jang Young-nam (; born November 25, 1973) is a South Korean actress. She began her career as an acclaimed actress in theater, then transitioned to supporting roles on television and film, notably in works by director Jang Jin. Chungmuro
Chungmuro () is an avenue in length and in width and the area nearby, located in Jung District, Seoul, South Korea. Since the 1960s, Chungmuro has been known as the street of Culture of South Korea, culture, artists, and the Cinema of South Korea, film industry. Dansungsa, the first movie theater of Korea, established in 1907, is also situated in the area, then known by its Japanese name, Honmachi. Since 1974, Jongno 3(sam)-ga station has become the nearest station around. Chungmuro was named after Chungmugong, the posthumous title of Korean Admiral Yi Sun-shin, which means "martial duke of loyalty." The last syllable "ro" refers to road in Korean language, Korean. Arirang TV () is a South Korean international broadcaster owned and operated by Korea International Broadcasting Foundation.
