James Horan (actor)
James Horan is an American character actor. History Horan has appeared in many television programs and films. He has starred in several soap operas, including ''Guiding Light'' as Detective Kirk Winters in 1980–1981, ''Another World (TV series), Another World'' as Denny Hobson (1981–1982), ''General Hospital'' as Brett Madison (1985–1987), and ''All My Children'' as Creed Kelly (1988–1989). In 1982, Horan subbed for Larkin Malloy who had been injured in a car accident, playing Sky Whitney on ''The Edge of Night'' while Malloy recuperated. Years later, Horan originated the role of Clay Alden on ''Loving (TV series), Loving'', playing that part from 1989 to 1991. When the role was recast several years later, Malloy assumed the role. Horan also appeared in four of the ''Star Trek'' spin-off series. ''Night of the Living Carrots'' (also known as ''Monsters vs. Aliens: Night of the Living Carrots'') is a 2011 American animated short film produced by DreamWorks Animation and based on the film ''Monsters vs. Aliens''. A sequel to the 2009 short, '' Monsters vs. Aliens: Mutant Pumpkins from Outer Space'', the short follows the monster team (minus Ginormica and Insectosaurus) taking on a mutated carrot army that can mind control others. Dr. Cockroach determines that the only way to defeat them and free their victims is for B.O.B. to eat all of the carrots, which ultimately stops the invasion. ''Immigrants'' ( Hungarian title: ''Immigrants - Jóska menni Amerika'') is a 2008 adult animated comedy film directed by Gábor Csupó. It is also known as ''L.A. Dolce Vita'' or ''Immigrants: L.A. Dolce Vita''. It is the fifth and (to date) final feature-length film from the studio Klasky Csupo, and the first and only feature-length animated movie that was directed by Csupo. It is also the only Klasky Csupo film without Paramount Pictures or Nickelodeon's involvement. The characters and storyline in this film were the basis for a new animated series for Spike TV, which was scheduled to debut in August 2004. However, despite scheduling a two-hour marathon for the series premiere and ordering an additional six episodes, the series never aired due to the decline of animation programming on Spike TV. A dying god, or departure of the gods, is a motif in mythology in which one or more gods (of a pantheon) die, are destroyed, or depart permanently from their place on Earth to elsewhere.
