Jack Lukosius
Jack Lukosius (born 9 August 2000) is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Gold Coast Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). Early life Lukosius was born in Adelaide, South Australia. His father, Robert, is of Lithuanian origin and played professional football for Woodville-West Torrens in the SANFL. Jack participated in the Auskick program at Hentley and grew up playing high level Australian rules football and cricket in Adelaide for Fulham Cricket Club while attending Henley High School with future Gold Coast teammate Izak Rankine. Such was his talent in cricket, he was selected as the opening bowler for South Australia at the 2016-17 U17 national carnival but gave the sport away soon after to focus on football. Woodville-West Torrens
Woodville-West Torrens Football Club is an Australian rules football club playing in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). It was formed in 1990 from an amalgamation of the neighbouring Woodville and West Torrens football clubs and played its inaugural game in 1991. Since 1993, the Eagles have played most of their home games at Woodville's home ground of Woodville Oval, having previously used Football Park. They also play two or three games per season at their pre-season base of Thebarton Oval, a ground which has six light towers that the club has upgraded in 2012 to allow night games at the ground for the first time since the 1983 Escort Cup Grand Final (a game won by West Torrens). Izak Rankine
Izak Rankine (born 23 April 2000) is a professional Australian rules footballer who plays for the Adelaide Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL), having previously been drafted to the Gold Coast Suns with pick 3 in the 2018 AFL draft. Early life Rankine was born in Adelaide into a family of Indigenous Australian descent (Kokatha and Ngarrindjeri). He shares a relation to Australian Football Hall of Fame inductee and 1993 Brownlow Medalist Gavin Wanganeen as well as being the first cousin of former AFL player Danyle Pearce. As a child, Rankine played an array of sports which included basketball, rugby and tennis but eventually chose to focus on Australian rules football. Inswinger
An inswinger is a type of delivery of the ball in the sport of cricket. In such a delivery the ball curves—or "swings"—in toward the batter's body and the wicket. By contrast, an outswinger swings away from the line of the batter and the wicket. Inswingers are bowled by swing bowlers.
