Israeli Basketball All-Star Game
The Israeli Basketball All-Star Game is an annual basketball event in Israel. The event was first played in the 1990s and it returned in the 2010-11 season after a lengthy hiatus. The All-Star Game includes a match between a selection of the best players of the Israeli League, a slam-dunk and a three-point contest. The rosters for the All-Star Game are chosen by an online voting, with fans choosing one international player and one local player from each team. Basketball
Basketball is a team sport in which two teams, most commonly of five players each, opposing one another on a rectangular court, compete with the primary objective of shooting a basketball (approximately in diameter) through the defender's hoop (a basket in diameter mounted high to a backboard at each end of the court, while preventing the opposing team from shooting through their own hoop. A field goal is worth two points, unless made from behind the three-point line, when it is worth three. 2015–16 Israeli Basketball Super League
The 2015–2016 Israeli Basketball Super League was the 62nd season of the Israeli Basketball Super League. The regular season started on October 11, 2015 and ended on March 6, 2016. The last game was played on June 9, 2016. This season, the league had a different format. After the eight best teams qualified for the Playoffs, the winners of the series would play in a Final Four tournament. Hapoel Jerusalem was the defending champion. Hapoel failed to reclaim its title, because Maccabi Rishon LeZion won in the Final. It was the first championship ever for Rishon LeZion. Ironi Ashkelon
Elitzur Ashkelon ( he, אליצור אשקלון) was a professional basketball team based in Ashkelon in south-west Israel. The team reached the quarterfinals of the EuroCup Challenge in 2006Ironi Ashkelon
EuroBasket and also won the 2006 League Cup. The team dissolved in 2017.

McClinton played shooting guard for the Miami Hurricanes men's basketball, University of Miami Hurricanes men's basketball team. Amar'e Carsares Stoudemire ( ; he, אמארה יהושפט סטודמאייר; born November 16, 1982) is an American-Israeli professional basketball coach and former player who most recently served as a player development assistant for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
