Ismail Darbar
Ismail Darbar is an Indian film score composer, instrumentalist, singer, violinist and music director. He won the National Film Award for Best Music Direction for '' Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam'' (1999). Career Ismail Darbar is from Surat, Gujarat. He worked for several years as a session violinist for leading music directors Laxmikant Pyarelal, Kalyanji Anandji, Bappi Lahiri, Rajesh Roshan, Anand–Milind, Nadeem-Shravan, Jatin–Lalit and A. R. Rahman. Finally, he got a break with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film '' Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam''. Earlier, Darbar had played violin for Jatin–Lalit in the movie '' Khamoshi: The Musical''. Later, his music in Bhansali's '' Devdas'' was acclaimed. He did not work with Bhansali after ''Devdas'' due to personal differences. Bappi Lahiri
Bappi Aparesh Lahiri (born Alokesh Aparesh Lahiri; 27 November 1952 – 15 February 2022), also known as Bappi Da, was an Indian singer, composer and record producer. He popularised the use of synthesised disco music in Indian music industry and sang some of his own compositions. He was popular in the 1980s and 1990s with filmi soundtracks. He delivered major box office successes primarily in Hindi, Telugu, and Bengali films. His music was well received into the 21st century. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007
Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007 is an Indian television singing competition that premiered on 4 May 2007 and ran until 13 October 2007. It is the 2nd instalment of the "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge" series and the 4th public voting competition in the "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa" series. Chronologically, the show is preceded by Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs, however systematically it is followed by Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005. The show features two of the previous mentors, Himesh Reshammiya and Ismail Darbar, and two new mentors to the Challenge series, Bappi Lahiri and Vishal–Shekhar. ''Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005'' is a reality series, an extension of the ''Sa Re Ga Ma Pa'' programme that was first aired in 1995 on Zee TV. With the new "Challenge" series, Zee TV brought 48 potential singers that are living in India. Elimination table Mahayudh Chakravyuh Brahmastra Voters were supposed to SMS their votes for the Gharana, and the mentor with the most votes would be able to call back 3 boys and 3 girls, out of which the top boy and girl would be voted back in. The Jai Mata Di Rock Gharana got the most votes, and so Himesh chose who would be called back to join his Gharana. Himesh Reshammiya
Himesh Reshammiya (born 23 July 1973) is an Indian playback singer, music director, songwriter, film and music producer, and actor in Hindi cinema, with over 1,300 songs to his credit as a music director. Aadesh Shrivastava
Aadesh Shrivastava (4 September 1964 – 5 September 2015) was a music composer and playback singer who worked in Indian films. Initially, he had worked as a drummer to music composers including R. D. Burman, Rajesh Roshan before working independently as a music director. Over the course of his career, he had composed music for over 100 Hindi films. Just a day after he turned 51, he died of cancer in Kokilaben Hospital. Career Born in a Hindu Kayastha family in Jabalpur, Katni, Shrivastava got his first big break with the film ''Kanyadaan'' in 1993. ''Kisna: The Warrior Poet'' is a 2005 Indian Hindi-language period romance film written, edited, produced and directed by Subhash Ghai and starring Vivek Oberoi (who plays the title role), Antonia Bernath, and Isha Sharvani. The musical film is set in British India during the tumultuous 1940s when Indian nationalists fighting for the country's independence rose as one, urging the British Raj to leave.
