I. Charles McCullough, III is an American law enforcement and intelligence official. He is an attorney who served as the first Inspector General of the United States Intelligence Community. Education McCullough earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky and a JD from Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law. Career McCullough began his career as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). A SWAT (''Special Weapons and Tactics'') team is a generic term for a police tactical unit within the United States, though the term has also been used by other nations.
