International Space Station Multilateral Coordination Board
The International Space Station Multilateral Coordination Board (MCB) is the highest-level cooperative body in the International Space Station programme. It was set up under the Memoranda of Understanding for the ISS, originally signed in 1998. The MCB has members from each of the cooperating ISS partner organizations: NASA, Roscosmos, JAXA, the European Space Agency, and the Canadian Space Agency. The MCB sets policies for the ISS, including approving policies such as the Code of Conduct for International Space Station Crews that implement the International Space Station Intergovernmental Agreement that, together with the MOUs, provides the legal basis for the ISS program. International Space Station
The International Space Station (ISS) is the largest Modular design, modular space station currently in low Earth orbit. In communications and information processing, code is a system of rules to convert information—such as a letter, word, sound, image, or gesture—into another form, sometimes shortened or secret, for communication through a communication channel or storage in a storage medium. An early example is an invention of language, which enabled a person, through speech, to communicate what they thought, saw, heard, or felt to others. But speech limits the range of communication to the distance a voice can carry and limits the audience to those present when the speech is uttered. International Space Station Intergovernmental Agreement
The International Space Station programme is tied together by a complex set of legal, political and financial agreements between the fifteen nations involved in the project, governing ownership of the various components, rights to crewing and utilisation, and responsibilities for crew rotation and resupply of the International Space Station.
