Ingrid Jeanine van Lubek (born 12 May 1971 in Roosendaal en Nispen) is an athlete from the Netherlands. She competes in triathlon. Roosendaal En Nispen
Roosendaal en Nispen was a municipality in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It included the villages of Roosendaal and Nispen. In 1997, the municipality merged with Wouw. As the town of Roosendaal had become by far the largest in the new municipality, the name of the new municipality became simply "Roosendaal". A triathlon is an endurance multisport race consisting of swimming, cycling, and running over various distances. Triathletes compete for fastest overall completion time, racing each segment sequentially with the time transitioning between the disciplines included. The word is of Greek origin, from τρεῖς or ''treis'' (three) and ἆθλος or ''athlos'' (competition). Cross Triathlon
Cross triathlon, or off-road triathlon, is a form of triathlon, or three-stage race, consisting of a human swimming, swim stage, Mountain biking, mountain-biking stage, and a Trail running, trail-running stage.
Cross triathlons are distinguished from conventional triathlons in that the terrain for the cycling and running stages are generally unpaved, rough, and hilly. They require different techniques than conventional triathlon races, and in particular the athletes employ mountain bikes rather than road bikes.
