''Indrudu Chandrudu'' is a 1989 Indian Telugu-language black comedy film directed by Suresh Krissna and produced by D. Ramanaidu, starring Kamal Haasan, Vijayashanti and Charan Raj. It was released on 24 November 1989. The film is based on the 1988 American film ''Moon over Parador''. Plot G. K. Rayudu is a corrupt Mayor. Along with his assistant Tripathi, he takes a bribe, sells a market to a rich businessman, and forces the poor people doing business in the land to move out, threatening physical harm. Suresh Krissna (born 25 June 1959) is an Indian film director who has directed Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi Language films. His first independent film as a director was '' Sathya'' (1988), with Kamal Haasan. He is well known for having directed Rajinikanth in four films which include, '' Annamalai'' (1992), '' Veera'' (1994), ''Baashha'' (1995) and '' Baba'' (2002). Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry (born Chembolu Seetharama Sastry; 20 May 1955 – 30 November 2021) was an Indian poet and lyricist known for his works in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre.
