''Immobilarity'' is the second studio album by American rapper and Wu-Tang Clan-member Raekwon, as a follow-up to '' Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...''. It was released in November 1999 on Loud Records, and peaked in the Top 10 of the US album charts. The album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on December 20, 1999. Background Unlike the first album, it has no production input from the RZA, or any guest features from Ghostface Killah, for the album has its own theme. However, the album does feature Method Man and Masta Killa. Raekwon has stated that the title is an acronym for "I Move More Officially by Implementing Loyalty and Respect in the Youth". Raekwon
Corey Woods (born January 12, 1970), better known by his stage name Raekwon The Chef, or simply Raekwon (), is an American rapper. He rose to prominence as a founding member of the hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan, which achieved mainstream success following the release of their debut album, '' Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)'', in 1993. Raekwon would subsequently pursue a solo career, releasing his first solo album, entitled '' Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...'', in 1995. Arkatech Beatz (formerly known as The Infinite Arkatechz) are a music production team from New York City, now based in Atlanta. ''Golden Arms Redemption'' is the debut solo studio album by American rapper U-God. It was released on October 19, 1999 via Wu-Tang/Priority Records. Recording sessions took place at Quad Recording Studios, at Studio 57, at Unique Recording Studios and at 36 Chambers in New York, and at Studios South in Miami. Peter O. Phillips (born June 21, 1970), better known by his stage name Pete Rock, is an American record producer, DJ and rapper. He is widely recognized as one of the greatest hip hop producers of all time, and is often mentioned alongside DJ Premier, RZA, Q-Tip and J Dilla as one of the mainstays of 1990s East Coast hip hop production.
