Hysen Bytyqi
Hysen Bytyqi (born 5 October 1968) is a Kosovo agricultural scientist who introduced animal breeding to Kosovo. He is professor of animal science and pro-rector of education and student matters at the University of Pristina Biography Bytyqi was born on 5 October 1968 in Pristina. After studying agriculture, Bytyqi was in 1994 chairman of the regional Agricultural Society Malisheva which encompassed 45 communities and continued in this position until 1999. In parallel he studied at the Agricultural Faculty of Pristina University and obtained, in 1991, the Agricultural Diploma in animal science. In 1999 and 2000 Bytyqi was the national representative of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as Kosovan consultant. He was responsible for the project "Agriculture 1998", and was involved in the planning and distribution of seed supplies and agricultural goods for 1400 farmers in Kosovo. Hysen Dedja (born 16 October 1960) is an Albanian football manager and former player. Playing career A former defender and captain of his hometown club Vllaznia Shkodër, he made his debut for them on 16 October 1978, his 18th birthday, against Flamurtari. He won two league titles and 3 domestic cups with the club. Managerial career Dedja had three coaching stints with Vllaznia, winning the Albanian Cup in 1998. Hysen Efendi Hoxha (1861–1934) was an Albanian politician, mayor of Gjirokastër, and the uncle of Enver Hoxha. Life Hysen Hoxha was born in Gjirokastër, where his father Beqir was a supporter of the local branch of the League of Prizren. He studied theology in Istanbul. Hoxha was responsible for opening the first Albanian-language school in his region (named "Liria") and at the time of his nephew Enver Hoxha's birth in 1908, chaired a committee of national renaissance in the province. He also founded a folk ensemble. In November 1912, he served as a delegate from Gjirokastër to the Vlorë meeting on the occasion of the Albanian Declaration of Independence. Hysen Vrioni, sometime referred to as Hysein Vrioni was an Albanian politician during the 1920s and 1930s. Life Hysen Vrioni was the son of Aziz Pasha Vrioni, a member of the influential Vrioni family of south Albania. He studied law and worked as a clerk for the Ottoman Empire before the Albanian Declaration of Independence. Between others, he served as Kaymakam in Tirana. He was part of the delegation that went to Neuwied, Germany in 1914, to offer the Albanian crown to Prince Wilhelm of Wied. The Congress of Lushnje elected him as senator. He was elected in Albanian parliament during 1921–1923 affiliated with Popular Party. He was twice Minister of Justice, in 1921–1922 and 1922–1924. Hysen Pasha Mosque
Hysen Pasha Mosque () or Clock Mosque ''(Xhamia e Sahatit)'' is a Cultural Monument of Albania, located in Berat. It was built in 1670 by Hussein Pasha. It is named Clock Mosque because in 1870 the Ottomans built a clock tower next to it. The clock tower was destroyed during the Communist dictatorship in 1967. The mosque also got destroyed with the minaret being the only part left over. After the end of Communism the mosque got renovated.
