KF Lushnja
Klubi Sportiv Lushnja is an Albanian football club based in the city of Lushnjë in the County of Fier. Their home ground is the Abdurrahman Roza Haxhiu Stadium and they currently compete in the Kategoria e Parë. History Early years The club was originally formed in 1930 and the first football game held in the city of Lushnjë was played shortly after. This was a friendly game against Tomori Berat and the team consisted of young men from Lushnjë. The club was named Kongresi i Lushnjës following a proposal from a member of parliament and signatory of the Albanian Declaration of Independence Ferit Vokopola to name the club after the Congress of Lushnjë, which was where Vokopola himself was elected secretary. In 1927, a young man named Ali Funga returned from his studies in Austria and joined the club as a player and the head coach. Abdurrahman Roza Haxhiu Stadium
Abdurrahman Stadium Roza Haxhiu Stadium (or: Stadium A. Roza Haxhiu) is a stadium for many uses in Lushnja, Albania. It is currently used mostly for the football match and is the host field for the KS Lushnja team. The stadium has a capacity of 8,500 seats and a standing capacity of about 12,000 participants. History The football field where Traktori Lushnja was playing before the 1960s was exactly where is today's "18 October" gymnasium in the city center. Since the 1960s, the construction of today's stadium of the city of Lushnja has begun. It had the name Tractor, just like the name of the team. Mario Alberto Kempes Chiodi (, ; born 15 July 1954) is an Argentine former professional Association football, footballer who played as a Forward (association football)#Striker, striker or Attacking Midfielder, attacking midfielder. 1997–98 Albanian Cup () was the forty-sixth season of Albania's annual cup competition. It began in August 1997 with the First Round and ended in June 1998 with the Final match. The winners of the competition qualified for the 1998–99 first round of the UEFA Cup. Partizani were the defending champions, having won their fourteenth Albanian Cup last season. The cup was won by Apolonia. The rounds were played in a two-legged format similar to those of European competitions. If the aggregated score was tied after both games, the team with the higher number of away goals advanced. Albanian Cup
The Albanian Cup () is the main "knockout" competition in Albanian football. The competition started in 1939 as Kupa e Mbretit ( English:"The King's Cup"). The cup was suspended for the next eight years as the Second World War started. It started again in 1948 as "Kupa e Republikës" ( English: "Republic Cup") and from 1991 as "Kupa e Shqipërisë" (Albanian Cup). Today it is the second most important competition in Albania after the Kategoria Superiore. Tifozat Kuq e Zi (, also known as the ''Albania National Football Team Supporters Club'') is a non-profit football supporters' association for the Albania national football team and various national team sportive activities.
