Horacio Pacheco
Horacio Pacheco (born 5 May 1983) is a Bolivian Association football, football Manager (association football), manager, currently in charge of the Bolivia national under-15 team. Career Pacheco was born in Tarija. After beginning his career as a fitness coach, he began his managerial career in 2014, with Club Universitario de Tarija, Universitario de Tarija. He took the club to the semifinals of the Copa Simón Bolívar in the 2015–16 campaign, and was subsequently appointed in charge of Club Atlético Ciclón, Ciclón in July 2016. Pacheco resigned from Ciclón on 24 February 2017, and took over Avilés Industrial F.C., Avilés Industrial for the 2018 campaign. With the latter club he reached the finals of the Simón Bolívar, but lost it to Club Always Ready, Always Ready, and subsequently missed out promotion after losing the play-offs to Club Destroyers, Destroyers. Tarija
Tarija or San Bernardo de la Frontera de Tarixa is a city in southern Bolivia. Founded in 1574, Tarija is the largest city and capital and municipality within the Tarija Department, with an airport ( Capitán Oriel Lea Plaza Airport, (TJA)) offering regular service to primary Bolivian cities, as well as a regional bus terminal with domestic and international connections. Club Always Ready
Club Deportivo Always Ready is a Bolivian football club from La Paz which plays its home games in nearby El Alto. Due to the jerseys the team is also known as ''Banda Roja'', or the red band. History Club Always Ready was founded on 13 April 1933. The team took part in the La Paz championship, which was held in 1950 under semi-professional conditions; it was organized by La Paz Football Association (LPFA). Despite not having any official status, the winner of the tournament was widely considered the ''de facto'' champion of Bolivia. Always Ready earned their first title in 1951. The División de Fútbol Profesional is the top-flight professional football league in Bolivia. In 2017 it replaced the "Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano" (; ). Club Destroyers is a football club from Santa Cruz, Bolivia which plays in the second division Copa Simón Bolívar. The club was founded September 14, 1948, and they play their home games at the Estadio Ramón Tahuichi Aguilera. Destroyers competed in the top-flight Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano from 1985–99 and 2005–07, and played in the first two seasons of the top-flight Division Profesional from 2018 to 2019.
