is a railway station in the city of Hirosaki, Aomori Prefecture, Japan, jointly operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East) and the private railway operator Kōnan Railway. It is also a freight terminal for the Japan Freight Railway Company. The was a seasonal limited express sleeper train service operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East), which ran from Ueno Station in Tokyo to , via the Joetsu Line, Uetsu Main Line and Ou Main Line. Morioka Station (, ) is a major railway station in Morioka, Iwate, Morioka, Iwate Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by JR East. Lines Morioka Station is a major junction station, and is where the Akita Shinkansen splits off from the Tōhoku Shinkansen. It is located from Tokyo Station. Aomori Airport
is an international airport located south-southwest of Aomori Station in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. In 2018, the airport was the List of the busiest airports in Japan, 27th-busiest in Japan. History Permission to build Aomori Airport was granted by the Ministry of Transport (Japan), Ministry of Transport on 1 September 1962. Construction of the airport - at a location different than where Aomori airport stands today - was completed in August 1964 and the first Aomori airport was opened on 5 November 1964, in the town of Namioka, Aomori, Namioka that has since been annexed by the city of Aomori, with a single 1200 x 30 meter runway designed for use with the NAMC YS-11 aircraft. The airport was located at an altitude of 200 meters in a valley surrounded by mountains, which hampered operations during inclement weather. is a railway station on the Kōnan Railway Kōnan Line in the city of Kuroishi, Aomori, Japan, operated by the private railway operator Konan Railway.
