Henrik Lødøen
Henrik Drabløs Lødøen (born 20 October 1991 in Brattvåg, Norway) is a Norwegian jazz drummer. Career Lødøen got his diploma from the jazz program at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 2015. In Trondheim he started collaborations with a number of the up coming young Norwegian and swedish jazz musicians. Among them are Megalodon Collective, Stig Ulv, DRØM, Rohey, Ósk and Les Casanovas. Oslo Jazzfestival
Oslo International Jazz Festival (Oslo Jazzfestival, established 1986 in Norway) is a Norwegians, Norwegian music event, held in August, with a focus on music form the jazz genre, performed on stages in Oslo. History The pilot project (1984–1985) was initiated by Aage Teigen. The first festival in 1986, had more than forty volunteers and the event received 350 000 Norwegian kroner in donations from Oslo Municipality. The music was largely traditional jazz, Dixieland, New Orleans jazz, etc. The organization became a Foundation (nonprofit), Foundation in 1995, led by Truls Helweg, chairman of the board since 1995) and permanently appointed General Manager (Aage Teigen), at a time when the budget was over 5 million Norwegian kroner. Teigen was in 2002 awarded the Oslo City Artist Award for his commitment. In 2006, the festival held 70 concerts (of these 15 free) with 450 musicians on 18 stages with around 70,000 spectators. Siril Malmedal Hauge
Siril Malmedal Hauge (born 28 November 1992 in Langevåg) is a Norwegian jazz singer and songwriter residing in Oslo, Norway. Biography Siril Malmedal Hauge is a vocalist educated on the jazz program at Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim. In addition to heading projects like «Fieldfare» and «Wild Things Run Fast», she has collaborated with bands and musicians like Lars Jansson, Jesper Bodilsen, Anders Thorén, Jacob Young, Magnus Bakken, Henrik Lødøen, Alf Hulbækmo, Ytre Suløens Jazz Ensemble, MMO-ensemble, Martin Myhre Olsen the vocal ensemble Sonavi, and the Prøysen-project «Lillebror» (Little Brother) releasing their debut album on the Grappa label. In 2010 she received the Norwegian Cultural Education Council «Drømmestipendet (Dream scholarship)» and in 2011 Cultural grants from Sula Municipality.
