Trevor James Hemmings (11 June 1935 – 11 October 2021) was a British billionaire businessman. Early life Hemmings was born in Woolwich, London, the son of a Royal Ordnance factory worker father. During the Second World War, part of the Royal Ordnance was relocated to Euxton, Lancashire, and the family moved there when he was aged five. Hemmings started working with diesel trains while attending Business Studies night courses. He then became an apprentice bricklayer, going on to learn all aspects of the building trade. His first fortune was amassed through a housebuilding business. He sold his house-building firm in the early '70s for £1.5 million, just before the collapse of the property market and started another building company, which he sold to Barratt Developments for £5.7million. David Edward Leslie Hemmings (18 November 1941 – 3 December 2003) was an English actor and director. He is best remembered for his roles in British films and television programmes of the 1960s and 1970s, particularly the 1966 mystery film '' Blowup'', directed by Michelangelo Antonioni. Deon Marie Hemmings (born 9 October 1968 in Saint Ann, Jamaica) is a former female 400 metres hurdler. Edward Ernest Hemmings (born 20 February 1949) is a former English cricketer, who played in 16 Test matches and 33 One Day Internationals for the England cricket team between 1982 and 1991. He made his England debut relatively late in his career, at the age of 33, having predominantly represented Nottinghamshire in the County Championship. His chance came when several England players announced their intention to go on a rebel cricket tour to South Africa. Eddie Hemmings is an English rugby league commentator who was Sky Sports’ main commentator for the sport, before retiring in April 2019. Hailing from Aigburth, Merseyside, England, Hemmings became known for his commentary partnership with Mike Stephenson from 1988 to 2017. Fred Hemmings (born January 9, 1946) is an American surfer, author, businessman, and politician. Born and raised in Hawaii, Fred Hemmings attended Punahou school where he was co- captain of the Honolulu league championship football team in 1964. Hemmings won the Makaha International Surfing Championships,(2x senior and 2x junior) the Peruvian Championships and won the World Surfing championship (Puerto Rico 1968). Guy Hemmings (born May 10, 1962) is a Canadian curler from Sorel. Hemmings gained prominence after reaching the final of the Brier in 1998 and 1999. Anthony Hemmings (born 21 September 1967) is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Hemmings spent the bulk of his playing career outside the Football League, with only Wycombe Wanderers, Chester City (who were relegated to the Football Conference after his half-season there in 1999–2000) and Carlisle United enjoying his presence in league circles – the latter two coming after being signed by Ian Atkins.
