Jimei () is one of six districts of Xiamen, Fujian, China China, officially the People's Republic of China (PRC), is a country in East Asia. Xishui County ( zh, s= , t= , p=Xīshuǐ Xiàn) is a county of eastern Hubei province, People's Republic of China. The county extends over an area of and is under the administration of Huanggang City. Guankou Subdistrict () is an urban subdistrict and the seat of Liuyang City, Hunan Province, China. As of the 2015 census it had a population of 50,400 and an area of . Xijiang Township merged to Guankou subdistrict on November 18, 2015.
