Xishui County ( zh, s= , t= , p=Xīshuǐ Xiàn) is a county of eastern Hubei province, People's Republic of China. The county extends over an area of and is under the administration of Huanggang City. Guankou Subdistrict () is an urban subdistrict and the seat of Liuyang City, Hunan Province, China. As of the 2015 census it had a population of 50,400 and an area of .
