Green Tunisia Party
The Green Tunisia Party (; ), is a Green politics, Green political party in Tunisia. Legalized only since the Tunisian Revolution in 2011, it participated in the Popular Front (Tunisia), Popular Front coalition until 2014. History Founded in 2004 by Abdelkader Zitouni, the party remained illegal under the rule of Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, instead being countered by the newly founded Bloc party (politics), bloc party Green Party for Progress. During this time, it was however internationally recognized by the European Green Party and the Global Greens. The party was finally one of the three political parties legalized on 17 January 2011. Green Tunisia participated in the foundation of left-wing Popular Front (Tunisia), Popular Front coalition in 2012, but left on 16 May 2014, denouncing the hegemony of Workers' Party (Tunisia), Workers' Party leader Hamma Hammami. Abdelkader Zitouni
Abdelkader "Kader" Zitouni (born 7 June 1981) is a Association football, football Referee (association football), referee of Algerian descent who comes from Limoges, France. He officiated in the 2011 Pacific Games, 2012 OFC Nations Cup and 2016 OFC Nations Cup. Zitouni has served as a FIFA referee since 2012, and was included as a support referee in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2019 FIFA Club World Cup. 2004 In Tunisian Politics
4 (four) is a number, numeral and digit. It is the natural number following 3 and preceding 5. It is a square number, the smallest semiprime and composite number, and is considered unlucky in many East Asian cultures. Evolution of the Hindu-Arabic digit Brahmic numerals represented 1, 2, and 3 with as many lines. 4 was simplified by joining its four lines into a cross that looks like the modern plus sign. The Shunga would add a horizontal line on top of the digit, and the Kshatrapa and Pallava evolved the digit to a point where the speed of writing was a secondary concern. The Arabs' 4 still had the early concept of the cross, but for the sake of efficiency, was made in one stroke by connecting the "western" end to the "northern" end; the "eastern" end was finished off with a curve. Hamma Hammami (; born 8 January 1952) is a Tunisian communist, leader of the Popular Front, spokesman of the Tunisian Workers' Party, and former editor of the party news organ ''El-Badil''. The Workers' Party (; ) is a communist party in Tunisia. Legalized only in 2011, it participates in the Popular Front coalition, which is represented in the Assembly of the Representatives of the People. The party's long-term leader is general secretary Hamma Hammami. Founded in 1986, the party was known as the Tunisian Workers' Communist Party (; , PCOT) until 2012. Green Party for Progress (, ), often abbreviated to PVP, is a Tunisian green political party. Founded in November 2005 by Mongi Khamassi, a former member of PSL, they were legalised four months later as one of the nine political parties that were legalised before the Tunisian revolution. The first party conference was held in December 2008. Internationally the party has been denounced as not a true green party, particularly by the French and European Green parties.
