Henryk Glücklich
Henryk Glücklich (22 January 1945 – 23 September 2014) was a Polish motorcycle speedway. Career Glücklich appeared in the Speedway World Championship finals three times, finishing fifth in 1970. He also rode in five World Team Cup finals and earned 41 international caps for the Poland speedway team. On 11 March 1972, he set a new track record at the Rostock Speedway, recording 70.8sec. In 1977, Leicester Lions unsuccessfully attempted to sign him to ride in the British leagues, but the following season he did ride for Reading Racers for the 1978 season. Paweł Waloszek
Paweł Waloszek (28 April 1938 – 7 September 2018) was a Polish international motorcycle speedway rider. He was second in 1970 Individual Speedway World Championship. He earned 74 caps for the Poland national speedway team and won the 1965 Speedway World Team Cup with them. Career Waloszek won the Individual Speedway European Championship twice, in 1968 and 1972. He reached five Individual World Championship finals finishing runner-up at the 1970 Individual Speedway World Championship. He also reached the final of the Polish Individual Speedway Championship eighteen times. He rode the majority of his career in his native Poland, representing Stal Świętochłowice in a career that lasted 31 years, from 1955 to 1985. Antoni Woryna
Antoni Woryna (15 February 1941 – 14 December 2002) was a Polish motorcycle speedway rider. He appeared in the Speedway World Championship finals five times. He earned 47 international caps for the Poland national speedway team. Career Woryna began his speedway career with Rybnik during the 1965 Polish speedway season. He would remain with the club for his entire Polish league career. He was part of the Górnik/ROW Rybnik team that dominated the Team Speedway Polish Championship during the 1960s and were rewarded with United Kingdom tours in 1965, 1966 and 1967. Andrzej Pogorzelski (12 October 1938 – 16 October 2020) was a Polish motorcycle speedway rider and coach. Career He started his career in Unia Leszno and represented the club in 1956 and 1973-1976 seasons. While at Unia Leszno he won 2 bronze medals (1975, 1976) on Team Speedway Polish Championship. During the 1957-1961 seasons he rode in Start Gniezno and moved to Stal Gorzów Wielkopolski in winter 1962.
