Glass Slippers
''Glass Slippers'' () is a 40-episode South Korean drama series that aired on SBS in 2002, starring Kim Hyun-joo and Kim Ji-ho as two orphaned sisters. Plot 6-year-old Yoon-hee and her elder sister, Tae-hee, were raised by their widowed father after their mother died giving birth to Yoon-hee. Following years of struggles, their father — who was already suffering from cancer — is killed in a car accident, leaving the girls with no choice but to find their rich paternal grandfather, who lost touch with them due to his disapproval of their mother. Park Wan-kyu (; born December 1, 1973) is a South Korean singer. He was a lead vocalist of the band Boohwal, and left them to release his first solo album, with the title track "Love of a Thousands Years (천 년의 사랑)" that became his signature song in 1999 but returned to the group in 2019 after 22 years. He has recorded many soundtracks for Korean dramas, and had his first substantial acting role in one in 2013.
