Giuseppe Romele (born 12 February 1992 in Pisogne) is an Italian para cross-country skiing, para cross-country skier who represented Italy at the 2022 Winter Paralympics. Career Romele competed at the 2021 World Para Snow Sports Championships and won a silver medal in the 10 kilometre sitting event. He represented Italy at the 2022 Winter Paralympics and won a bronze medal in the Cross-country skiing at the 2022 Winter Paralympics – Men's 12.5 kilometre, 10 kilometre sitting event. Pisogne (Camunian dialect, Camunian: ) is a ''comune'' of 8156 inhabitants in the province of Brescia, in Lombardy, Italy. It is located about 30 kilometers (19 mi) northwest of Brescia, 51 kilometers (32 miles) northeast of Bergamo, and 97 kilometers (60 miles) northeast of Milan. Today, Pisogne is a tourist destination, known for its historic center, its lakeside location, and its proximity to the Val Camonica.
