Giorgi Nikabadze
Giorgi Nikabadze ( ka, გიორგი ნიქაბაძე; born 10 January 1991) is a Georgian footballer who plays as a forward for Uzbekistan Super League club Novbahor. He won the Georgian Erovnuli Liga with Dinamo Batumi in 2021. Also, he has become the topscorer of Liga 2 as well as most prolific striker for several teams. Career Nikabadze has played in four countries. A Lyga side Banga was the first club where he spent a full season. In 2018, he netted ten goals for newly promoted Liga 2 club Telavi. A year later, while at Merani Tbilisi, Nikabadze became a league topscorer and major contributor to his team's promotion to Erovnuli Liga. The next summer, he moved to title-chasing Dinamo Batumi. On 21 November 2020, when the Batumi Stadium was officially opened, Nikabadze netted against Dila Gori to become the first goalscorer in the history of this arena. FC Merani Tbilisi is a Georgia (country), Georgian football (soccer), football club based in Tbilisi. They play in the Erovnuli Liga 2, the second division in Georgian football. 2016 Umaglesi Liga
The 2016 Umaglesi Liga was a special transitional season of top-tier football in Georgia. Dinamo Tbilisi were the defending champions. This transitional season is a result of the Georgian Football Federation's decision to change the Umaglesi Liga season from an Autumn–Spring schedule to a Spring–Autumn one. The season began on 7 August 2016 and concluded with the second leg of the championship final on 11 December 2016. The 2015–16 Umaglesi Liga was the 27th season of top-tier football in Georgia. Dila Gori were the defending champions. The season began on 13 August 2015 and ended on 22 May 2016. It was a last season with an autumn-spring schedule before the changes of competition format to spring-autumn schedule from 2017 season. Meore Liga
Liga 3, organized by Georgian Football Federation since 1990, is the third division of professional football in Georgia. Until 2017, when the current name was introduced, it was known as Meore Liga (the Second league). Structure and league system There were 20 teams competing in the league in 2017. In 2019, when Liga 4 was formed, their number was reduced to ten, although after two seasons GFF decided to extend the league to 14 at the expense of two bottom teams from the previous season and two second-placed clubs from Liga 4 While and Red Groups. FC Alazani Gurjaani is a Georgian association football club based in Gurjaani in Georgia, founded in 1964 during the Soviet Union. History After the independence, the club's biggest achievement was made in the 1992–93 season, when it took the 3rd place in the Umaglesi Liga. During that period the team was led by Otar Gabelia and the name of the club was changed in FC Erkvani Gurjaani. Then in 1993 the name was changed again in Alazani Gurjaani. The Erovnuli Liga ( ka, ეროვნული ლიგა - lit. National League) is the top division of professional football in Georgia. Since 1990, it has been organized by the Professional Football League of Georgia and Georgian Football Federation. Guria Lanchkhuti
FC Guria is a Georgian association football club from Lanchkhuti, which competes in Liga 3, the third tier of the national league. Being one of the strongest Georgian teams in the late 1980s and early 1990s, Guria have taken part in the Soviet Top league, also won the national Cup and played fifteen seasons in Umaglesi Liga, twice claiming silver medals.
