''Gangsta Party'' is the ninth solo studio album by American rapper Daz Dillinger. It was released on September 25, 2007 through High Powered Entertainment. Production was handled by John Silva, who also served as executive producer together with Daz, and Paul Silva. It features guest appearances from Spice 1, E-40, Francci Richard, G-Dub, Hussein Fatal, Jagged Edge, Jayo Felony, Joe Budden, Keak da Sneak, Kurupt, Mistah F.A.B., Redman, Roscoe, San Quinn, Young Noble, Yukmouth and Erin Thompkins. The album did not reach the ''Billboard'' 200, however it peaked at number 82 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in the United States. Daz Dillinger
Delmar Drew Arnaud (born May 25, 1973), known professionally as Daz Dillinger or simply Daz (formerly Dat Nigga Daz), is an American rapper and record producer. As a member of Death Row Records in the early 1990s, he is credited with the label in pioneering West Coast hip hop and gangsta rap for mainstream audiences. Alongside Kurupt, he formed the hip hop duo Tha Dogg Pound in 1992, with whom he has released eight albums. Arnaud learned production from Dr. Dre; his first major production credit was on Dre's debut solo album, ''The Chronic'' (1992). He further produced for his cousin, Snoop Dogg's debut album ''Doggystyle'' (1993), as well as Tupac Shakur's ''All Eyez on Me'' (1996). Ricardo Emmanuel Brown (born November 23, 1972), better known by his stage name Kurupt, is an American rapper and record producer. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he formed Tha Dogg Pound in 1992 along with Daz Dillinger; the rap duo has released eight albums. He also formed the hip hop group The Hrsmn in 1996, with whom he has released two albums. His debut solo album, '' Kuruption!'' Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums is a music chart published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine that ranks R&B and hip-hop albums based on sales in the United States and is compiled by Luminate. The chart debuted as Hot R&B LPs in the issue dated January 30, 1965, in an effort by the magazine to further expand into the field of rhythm and blues music. It then went through several name changes, being known as Soul LPs in the 1970s and Top Black Albums in the 1980s, before returning to the R&B identification in 1990 and affixing a hip hop designation in 1999 to reflect the latter's growing sales and relationship to R&B during the decade. Jerold Dwight Ellis III (born October 18, 1974), better known by his stage name Yukmouth, is an American rapper. He is the founder of The Regime, Smoke-A-Lot Records and Godzilla Entertainment. Rufus Lee Cooper III (born March 21, 1978), also known by his stage name Young Noble, is an American rapper and member of Tupac Shakur's rap group Outlawz. Noble joined the Outlawz in early 1996, and was the last member to be added to the group by Tupac himself, before the Murder of Tupac Shakur, late rapper's death in September 1996. Quincy Adams Brooks, known professionally as San Quinn, is an American rapper from San Francisco, California. He is the cousin of Messy Marv, Stevie Johnson, and Ya Boy. Early life Brooks was born in Oakland, and grew up in the Fillmore District of San Francisco since the age of three. He attended George Washington High School. Career Brooks made his first rap appearance as an opening act for 2Pac and Digital Underground at the age of 12. He recorded his first album at 15 years old. David Brown Williams (born 1983), better known by his stage name Roscoe, is an American rapper. He released his debut album, '' Young Roscoe Philaphornia'', in 2003, with the album debuting at #148 on the ''Billboard'' 200. Career Roscoe was initially introduced to hip hop by his older brother Kurupt. At the time, Kurupt was signed to Death Row Records and was working on his debut album Dogg Food as one member of Tha Dogg Pound.
